Eco low-foaming ***ergent 712-100% is built material of multi surfactants, has excellent properties of emulsifying, dispersing, washing and chelating, it can be exact used for pretreatment and soaping after dyeing in jet overflow equipment due to its low-foaming property.

Basic property
Appearance: caramel liquid
Ionicity: nonionic /anionic
pH value: 9.0-10.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio
Application field
1. Scouring of cellulose fibers, their blends and yarns.
2. Desizing and de-oiling of chemical fibers.
3. Soaping after dyeing of various fabrics and yarns.
Application process
712-100% is high-concentration, its valid ingredient is 3-5 higher than the same kind product in market. Its high-concentrated product can be used direct or after being diluted to a scale of 15%-20%.
Dilute method: put the product into container with stirrer, then add in water with normal temperature or 50&©|8451;, let it whisk, it can be used when the material becomes even .
Recommended dosage
Scouring or de-oiling: (built with alkali)
Impregnation process: diluted solution of 712-100% 0.5-2.0g/L
Dip padding: diluted solution of 712-100% 4-8g/L
Soaping after dyeing: diluted solution of 712-100% 4-8g/L
It has good soaping effect when built with alkali and diluted solution of chelating and dispersing agent 710-100%.
Packing
50kg and 120kg plastic drum.
Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
The product is sensitive to temperature, turns to be cream when temperature is too low, but not effect using.
